Free Sample Polices:
In order to further ensure customer satisfaction, weldingcity.com provides free sample on many of our products for the purpose of customer testing before a formal ordering. Customer must send a email request to sales@weldingcity.com to apply for the bonus. Although the sample is at free, customer has to be responsible for a handling charge of $4.95 as well as the shipping cost. There are no sample return/exchange and refund on the shipping and handling charge. The sample sent to customer is only for the testing/evaluation purpose so that resell on sample or other purposes are not allowed.
Trade Marks and Brands:
We respect other companies' brands and trade marks. In no way, we are affiliated with any brands, trade marks and manufacturers in this site. All named brands, trade marks and manufacturers are purely for customers' convenience.
Shipping and Handling:
Customers may select the type of shipping methods in Checkout page after necessary shipping destination and product information has been input. Shipping cost for FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Ground is estimated in a real time mode which means we extract a real time shipping rate from the carrier's quote server based on product weight and size. However it is customer responsibility to unload the product as the product has been delivered by the carrier. Home delivery is available with extra charge and must be paid at time of delivery. Some products may be subject to extra handling charge and we will inform customer in advance.
Returns and Exchanges:
All returns must be returned within 30 days. All returns and exchanges must be approved in advance by weldingcity.com. Original shipping charges are not refundable. A 15% of price for free-shipping item is non-refundable related to original shipping/handling. All returns must be un-used and in original packaging in good condition. Damage, shortage and discrepancy must be reported to us within 24-hour of delivery. Shipping cost for return products is at customer expense.
